By using Coconut Lab ERP, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the system.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to access and use the system for legitimate business purposes.
Users agree to:

Each user is responsible for maintaining the security of their account and password. Users must notify the system administrator or Coconut Lab immediately if they suspect any unauthorized use of their account.
Coconut Lab is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access due to user negligence.
4. Data Ownership
All business data entered into Coconut Lab ERP remains the property of the respective company or organization using the system.
Coconut Lab does not claim ownership of customer data but may process and store the data as necessary to provide the service.
5. System Availability
We aim to provide reliable and continuous access to the system. However, Coconut Lab does not guarantee that the system will always be available without interruption.
The system may occasionally be unavailable due to:

▸ Technical upgrades
▸ Security updates
▸ Unexpected technical issues
We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, system architecture, design, and related materials associated with Coconut Lab ERP are the intellectual property of Coconut Lab.
Users may not:
▸ Copy or reproduce the system
▸ Modify or reverse engineer the software
▸ Distribute or resell the system without written permission
7. Limitation of Liability
Coconut Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the system.
While we take reasonable steps to protect data and system integrity, users acknowledge that the use of the system is at their own risk.
8. Termination of Access
Coconut Lab reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access if:
▸ These Terms and Conditions are violated
▸ The system is used for unlawful purposes
▸ There is misuse that may harm the system or other users
9. Changes to Terms
Coconut Lab may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the system after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
